Karen & Tommy :: Married

I just adore these two! Karen and Tommy were one of my very favorite engagement sessions from this year and I knew their wedding would not disappoint:) When I walked into the bridal suite at Searles Castle Karen was all smiles! The whole bridal party laughed and laughed and although there was excitement in the anticipation before the ceremony, there was no nervousness. Anyway, here are a few photos:)

Karen’s beautiful gown.

The shoes.

A very cute moment during the ceremony. I believe this is when they were thanking their parents:)

This is a great natural moment right after the ceremony caught by my intern, Jess. Love this shot!

Cymbidium orchid bouts.

The gorgeous bouquet by Bowler & Jones.

Under the arch.

A few details. I loved Karen’s attention to pink and green, it was very cute:)

Yup…you’re both hot!

Karen, your beautiful. You should know that by now, but still…beautiful!

I just really like this one.

And this one too…this is Simon’s view.

My view.

The skies were threatening all during the ceremony and our shoot, and it did sprinkle just a little bit so we thought we would pull out the umbrellas for a few shots…you know, since we already had them with us:) I LOVE this shot captured by Simon.

Ow…owww!

We coaxed Karen into climbing into this little stone structure…it was a great spot.

See what I mean?!?!

One of my favorites of Karen.

My favorite bridal party shot of the night. We had like absolutely NO light for this photo (I think it was 7:25 or something and the sun set at 7:20). This was shot with no flash and I believe this is Jess’s shot, because they are all looking at another camera (which I think is my shot that follows this one). I LOVE it because it feels like such a magazine style image to me with the crop, the laughter, the grain, the way they are all leaning in. Great moment!

In color, the same moment but they are looking at my camera. By the way, it started to pour literally 1 minute after we finished this shot. We were all lucky!

A great first dance moment. The light on her eyes is perfect!

You two are adorable:)

A dancing collage.

The rings.

Karen and Tommy, we had an awesome time with you on your wedding day and we hope you two are having an amazing time in Hawaii! Soak up that sunshine and relax:)
