Denver Wedding Photography :: Denver Botanical Gardens :: Clare & Ian
Warning…this is a really long post. Clare and I go way back. We were friends in college and she lived a half a block away, which naturally meant we spent lots of time together listening to old Paul Simon albums, talking about art and photography, and arguing over the best way to make a Tanqueray and tonic:) (Oh wait, not everybody does that in college—whatever, we went to art school!) She met Ian when she moved back home to Denver and I finally met him a couple of days before their wedding, and I have to say, these two are perfect for each other. He is also charismatic, fun, and personable…but maybe not quite as beautiful as Clare;) I got to enjoy this wedding as a guest but also was there to photograph all of the important details and moments. I loved being there to share in your day Clare and Ian and I loved being there to capture it as well! I hope you two are loving Belize!

Ian preparing in the morning.
Clare loves tall shoes but I couldn’t believe she was walking in these all day!
Love this shot…no, no, proud of it!
P.S. Clare made those flowers that the girls wore in their hair.
And this is what the girls had to wear because of the tall shoes. Oh the pain we go through to look good;)
Peeking at her hair.
The amazing birdcage veil.
Clare, you are so flippin’ stunning!
Here’s Ian. Does anyone think he might be a happy guy?
Clare chose gorgeous flowers for the wedding. She had a separate brooch for each bridesmaid. Kind of awesome:)
The guys’ thistle bouts were awesome too!
There was such a great vintage vibe to the wedding and Clare totally looks the part.
Walking down the aisle.
Ian did an awesome dip and kiss here…way to go Ian!
Alright…I think Clare totally looks likes Marilyn Monroe in this pic.
The bridal party…you all rocked!
I loved the guys’ attire. Kilts and all—you all looked great!
The pink and navy was a great color combo.
Clare is a nanny for these two girls and they were the cutest flower girls ever!
The sneak peek pic.
You’re both so hot!
Um, her hair was kind of amazing. Alright, not kind of, absolutely amazing!!!
I love the feel of this one.
This is Simon’s shot. You are the best Simon…really…this shot is so great….Okay I’m jealous!
A moment later.
I love you Clare! I’m sure you have noticed by now that Clare looks like a total mix between Gwen Stefani and Jewel.
This shot is for you Jennapants…you bet that I would use the hay. “Hey, the girl likes hay!”
Bonnie and Clyde anyone?!?!
Sorry about the pink frosting in your ring Clarebear…it was totally worth it:)
