Hi I'm Lexi, welcome to my blog:) I am Boston-based wedding and portrait photographer and I LOVE what I do! I enjoy fluffer-nutter sandwiches, really windy days, and the smell of musty basements. I don't like waking up early, skiing, or people who drive slow in the fast lane. This is where I showcase lots of stuff about me, my photography, and my life. Some of it you'll care about and some…well…you won't. Here you will get a taste of who I am, what I do, and why I am obsessed with this thing called photography.

Gloucester Engagement Photos :: Leah & Brian

I was walking over to meet up with Leah & Brian last week in Rockport—the wind was blowing lightly, I was right on the ocean in this adorable teeny tiny little port village, it had finally cooled down after the crazy heat wave, the sun was sinking low, and I just thought man I love my job! Like no joke, how many people can take a moment like that and say I’m actually working right now?!?! Not many of us. But I guess it also takes a certain type of person to notice it, and trust me, I notice it. And I thank every single one of my clients for inviting me to be a part of their love story…you all remind me of the little things that make living so amazing! Not life, but actually living. So thank you. Okay, enough about my ridiculousness.

Leah and Brian are getting married at one of my very favorite venues in about a month and a half (or 5 weeks or something) and I’m sooo excited! Especially after spending the evening with these two…Leah and Brian are awesome, full of laughter and fun. They giggle and enjoy each others’ company. They are comfortable in a way that you can tell they have been through a lot together and understand each other. I love that! We walked around Bearskin Neck in Rockport for their engagement session and ate ice cream cones and stopped at all the “spots” and then headed over to Niles Beach in Gloucester just in time to watch the sunset. I got to meet their “girls” Molly and Chloe and take lots of pics of them too. Anyway, I’m starting to get a little long winded with my blog posts. Enough, here are the pics!

Ice cream is Brian’s favorite treat. Mine too:) I wish someone got a photo of the photog holding her ice cream cone while taking this pic with pink ice cream dripping down her fingers. That one would’ve been funny:)
