Boston Wedding Photography :: Ani & Vicken
This was an awesome wedding! It was a traditional Armenian affair with awesome music and dancing—I loved it:) Ani and Vicken held their reception at the Hilton Woburn and transformed the room into a gorgeous space with tons of uplighting and it was stunning. They had over 300 guests and all day they were constantly surrounded by their friends and family…hugged and kissed again and again…hooted and hollered at…it was really awesome to watch. Through it all they both stayed amazingly relaxed and focused on one another:) I could tell that everyone at their wedding was so excited to see these two get married and were so happy to share in the festivities. Ani and Vicken, thanks for inviting us to be a part of your day and we hope you are loving Aruba!

Ani is teeny tiny and so she had these very big shoes. I kinda love this shoe shot by the way.
This was a surprise for Vicken…he’s a big Celtics fan.
This is Jess’s shot. Well, looks like someone was in the zone;)
Ani, you’re stunning!
Ani’s beautiful bouquet
Ani & Vicken chose to do a first look…oh how I love a first look!
It was pouring all day, but we got a quick break in the rain before the ceremony…and then it rained again.
The florist did an awesome job and the bouquets were great against the dress color.
There was a perfect little tree-lined walkway right outside the church.
And the color was perfect!
Have I told you that I love my 50mm 1.4? Oh, I’ve mentioned it a few times…well, I do love it:)
Okay, so I’m sorta loving my new camera and how it has transformed my lenses for me! I love this wide shot of the beautiful church.
This was the exit from the ceremony and there was traditional Armenian music playing and the guests were so excited. I loved this moment of the day:)
This is Simon’s shot…yes I’m jealous.
My favorite from the sneak peek.
This was the sunlight that finally came out to play with us for a few minutes. We got amazing sunlight just in time for a quick ten minute session after a totally soaked day. Beautiful.
This is such a great series.
The uplighting was beautiful…and I loved the color:)
Ani’s cousin, John, is the owner of Johnnycakes in Andover. This cake was a surprise and Ani had no idea what it looked like. I think she was pleasantly surprised…isn’t it gorgeous?!?!
Okay, I am SUPER proud of my husband for grabbing this shot. Really Simon, you rock the house!
I think Ani was totally freaked out by being lifted off the ground, but I love the pure emotion in this shot.
