Willowdale Estate Wedding Photos :: Alice & Hans
So I’m officially back to school…back to late night blogging! Where oh where did the summer go?!?! If, perhaps, I had slowed down for a moment and rested on sunny docks by a lake or in the sand with the ocean licking at my toes instead of my crazy warp speed travel schedule…then maybe I would be in a better place. Not gonna lie, the thought of school and 65 new high school students looking at me next week for answers (after my amazing/brain-dead/”duh” summer) makes me want to cry right now…but I won’t…instead I will focus on the awesome-ness of Alice and Hans!
Alice was also back at school today and probably feels the same way…maybe even worse. See this year Alice had a big birthday, bought a house, planned a wedding, and changed positions within our same school system. She has had, for all intents and purposes, a HUGE year in her life—and I was honored to be by her side for some of them. :) Alice and Hans are perfect complements to each other and stupid amounts of cute (you’ll see). They had a gorgeous day complete with warm weather, two wedding ceremonies, lovely details, and tons and tons of happiness and laughter. And since I adore Alice and do not want her waiting for these pics any longer (and she has been so patient she hasn’t even bugged me with “where are my photos” text messages) I’m going to get right to the photos and shut up now. :)
Alice’s dress and amazing bright coral shoes!
So…it wasn’t totally serious all day. Love a bride who laughs. :)
Alice…love this smile. :)
Alice’s dress was incredibly stunning!
Seriously Hans…can you be more adorable?!?!
Hot…this is definitely a favorite.
Love this image…love the laughter. :)
See, proof I’m funny. Obviously.
Then they prepped for the Hindu ceremony (so neat by the way). Alice, love the lehenga…amazing!
Such rich reds and golds.
Again, I love the laughter here.
It was…maybe…a little bit hot for lighting a fire.
The flowers were stunning.
A few details of the tent.
Alice…so pretty. Love!
You know that I love a first dance, especially when it is arranged as a surprise for the bride!
And lastly. Alice & Hans, thank you so much for inviting me to capture your day. I was honored to be there to celebrate with you. I hope you like the sneak peek!
