Gosh, I really love senior portrait sessions! Getting to shoot in Beacon Hill for senior portraits is definitely on the top of my list—this spot just never disappoints! I got to meet up with Kiera on a beautiful day in Boston and it was just perfect for her senior portraits. We were able to take advantage of the perfect weather and the purple alliums were still in full bloom in the Boston Public Garden. We then went on to Beacon Hill (my favorite little Boston hamlet) where we walked along the historic row houses and cobblestone streets. Kiera chose a lovely white eyelet dress that contrasted perfectly against the brick. She truly ended up looking like she was in a fairytale at every corner.
Kiera, I am honored that you trusted me with your senior portraits and I hope you love them! Although seniors often hire me for their yearbook photos the summer before their senior year, it was so fun instead to be one of the very last things you did in your senior year. Happy graduation! And since you graduated earlier this summer I hope you were able to display these photos at your graduation party!
Alright, let’s get to these photos!
- The purple alliums, they only bloom for a few weeks each year and it’s such a fun surprise when they are perfectly in bloom when I arrive to the public garden
- Kiera was all smiles the whole shoot, it was tough to get her to do a serious look
- When Kiera changed into the white eyelet dress and we started walking in Beacon Hill I literally could not believe how much she looked like the lead character in a fairytale…so fun!
