Whoa…this session was absolutely amazing! We ended up with the perfect day for Abbi’s Newburyport senior photos (it had been so humid prior to this shoot) and this was the day when I started to feel light breezes and warm sunshine. Oh August, how much I love thee! Abbi wanted something slightly different for her shoot so I snuck her into my favorite field of tall grasses (remember folks, every fantastic photo is behind a fence) that has the best mature oak tree. It’s awesome! We then did an outfit change and headed to Plum Island beach for sunset photos, which were absolutely perfect. If you are thinking about bringing a prop, I think this session will prove that it is 100% worth it. You don’t have to use it in every photo, but think about that thing you love to do and let’s add it into your photos. Abbi brought her guitar and played it for a little while, used the guitar case, and we were able to offer so many different photos because of it.
Yes, I realize that I’m so behind on blogging that you are looking at photos from the summer. Deal, because Abbi is ridiculously fun and effortlessly cool in front of the lens. She wore bundles of adorable Anthropologie dresses and I remember this being a PERFECT shoot from start to finish. Abbi, I know you’ve already seen all of these, but thanks for being so awesome. :)
The light could not have been better.
Abbi brought along props…love a few props. ;)
Then we went down to the beach to catch the late August sun.
This was an awesome moment. Loved hearing someone play guitar by the ocean—that’s two perfect things all rolled into one.
