What an absolutely beautiful day this one was! Emily & Kyle got a warm sunny July day for their nuptials and were married at an adorable chapel on the campus of The Governor’s Academy in Byfield. The chapel was bright and open but it was hot hot hot inside there. :) We were able to walk around the campus for photos and then went off to the Willowdale Estate for the reception. There is something I love about traditional New England weddings and Emily & Kyle chose one of my favorite venues for that—combined with the history of The Governor’s Academy (where Emily went to high school) they really rounded out a perfectly elegant New England affair. I love this Governor’s Academy wedding and there are tons of photos here and I know Emily is waiting very patiently for this post so I’ll get right to it!
• I love guys in gray suits. I know I say it a lot but I do.
• Emily wore not one but TWO beautiful gowns—they were both perfect for her and I honestly can’t choose a favorite.
• The bouquets were bright and summery with hot pink and yellow blooms…big love!
• Emily was such a happy bride, every photo I took she was glowing and smiling…I just love that. :)
